Ingredients

⅓ cup olive oil

2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

¼ cup finely chopped fresh mango
Directions

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, salt, sugar and red pepper; whisk to blend. Add the mango and whisk again.
Serve With
Spicy greens like mizuna.
