1 pound center-cut salmon fillet, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces

4 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

1/2 cup plain whipped cream cheese

2 scallions, sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 475°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Combine salmon and everything bagel seasoning in a medium bowl; toss to coat well. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the salmon is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.

Transfer the salmon to a platter. Top each piece with cream cheese (generous 1/2 teaspoon each) and sprinkle with scallions.
