Chive Vinaigrette

This supersimple, all-purpose vinaigrette is Miami chef Michelle Bernstein's go-to for every kind of salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • Kosher salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the olive oil, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
