Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Pimm's No. 1

  • 1/2 ounce Drambuie

  • 1/2 ounce Cocchi Americano (fortified, slightly bitter aperitif wine)

  • 1/4 ounce Averna Amaro (bittersweet herbal digestif)

  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • Dash of celery bitters

  • Ice

  • 1 lemon twist, flamed, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the flamed lemon twist.
