Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces apricot brandy

  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth

  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 1 large egg

  • 3 dashes of orange bitters

  • Ice

  • 1 brandied cherry

  • 1 fresh apricot slice

Directions

  1. Put the brandy, vermouth, lemon juice, egg and bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the apricot slice and cherry, skewered on a pick together.
