Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces blended Scotch

  • 1 ounce pear eau-de-vie

  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 5 raspberries

  • 2 ounces chilled club soda

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Scotch, eau-de-vie, Simple Syrup, lemon juice and 4 raspberries; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with a raspberry.
