Mutiny Suppressor

The base for the Mutiny Suppressor is the wonderfully complex Nardini amaro, which is infused with bitter oranges and peppermint and tastes of licorice. Joaquín Simó adds a bit of Navy-strength gin, a potent style of the spirit amped up to 57 percent alcohol. "A little can go a long way," Simó says. Slideshow:  Great Gin Cocktails
