Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 2 ½ ounces gin

  • 2 finely chopped tarragon sprigs

  • 4 ounces chilled tonic water

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin and tarragon sprigs and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the tonic water.
