Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 ounce single-malt rye whiskey, preferably Old Potrero 18th Century Style Whiskey

  • 1 ounce Amaro Nonino or other amaro

  • 1 ounce Dolin Blanc or other bianco vermouth

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

  • Dash of Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter bitters (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe.
