1 ounce Amaro Nonino or other amaro

1 ounce Dolin Blanc or other bianco vermouth

1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Dash of Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter bitters (optional)
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe.
