Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces bonded bourbon, such as Old Fitzgerald bottled in bond 100 proof

  • 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth

  • 3/4 ounce Cynar (bitter artichoke aperitif)

  • 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur

  • Ice

  • 1 orange twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, vermouth, Cynar and maraschino liqueur; fill with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled ice-filled double rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
