Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably rye, such as Bols

3/4 ounce pisco

3/4 ounce French vermouth, such as Dolin

1/4 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)

1/4 ounce Bénédictine (spiced herbal liqueur)

2 dashes of lemon bitters

Ice
-
1 lemon twist
Directions

In a mixing glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the lemon twist; fill with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe, then pinch the twist over the drink and discard.
