Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces Pimm's No. 1 (English gin-based aperitif)

  • 2 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice

  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 1 1/2 ounces chilled 7-Up

  • 1 unpeeled cucumber wheel

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Pimm's, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the 7-Up and garnish with the cucumber wheel.
