Ingredients

  • 2 lime wedges

  • Kosher salt

  • Ice

  • 2 ounces blanco tequila

  • 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec

  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Moisten the outer rim of a coupe with a lime wedge; coat lightly with salt. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice; shake well. Strain into the coupe and garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
