Ingredients

  • 8 mint leaves

  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 2 ounces London dry gin

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

  • Dash of celery bitters

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Ice

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 7 of the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup, then add the gin, lime juice, bitters and salt. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the remaining mint leaf.
