Campari is the iconic Italian aperitif beloved by many for its bittersweet flavor and eye-catching red color. It's the perfect bottle to reach for when you're looking to keep the night simple with a three-ingredient Negroni. If you're feeling adventurous, you might try one of our variations on the classic, like a Cold Brew Negroni or Sour Charry Negroni. Campari also shines in lower-proof drinks like a simple Campari spritz or an Americano. We always have a bottle or two of this classic liqueur in our home bars to enjoy as a simple spritz with club soda or in some of our favorite Campari cocktails.
